I never dreamt about a real estate career but, after a very sour first experience as a buyer, I decided to educate myself, get licensed, and do this work with the ethic and transparency I believe is central to the job. I broker under Hanson Real Estate Partners here in Newburgh, with a small team who share the same ethics and belief code about real estate and duty to our clients AND the City of Newburgh community we work and live in.

Historic buildings and the people who love them are my specialty, especially here in Newburgh, but also across the Hudson Highlands region. Whether you’re looking for a fully restored showplace or a building that needs preserving and saving, I’ll be glad to help.

As a matter of course, I always manage the myriad pieces involved in client transactions, from paperwork to wrangling inspections, lawyers, contractors, and municipalities. My knack for keeping the trains running on time, with a can-do disposition, comes from my earlier careers in NYC where I managed teams in television (MTV, HGTV, and Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show) and at Lyft/CitiBike.
